Building a databse of the Hymenoptera parasites and parasitoids of the stick insects and leaf insects. Will include a taxonomic and specimen databse of the chrysidid subfamilies Amiseginae and Loboscelidiinae and host-parasite or host-parasitoid information for all hymenoptera species attacking phasmids.
Phasmid Study Group Website
Developing and maintaining the Phasmid study Group website, a comprehensive website covering everything to do with stick and leaf insects.
On taking over development of the site I moved it to the EDIT Scratchpads system which has allowed me to develop a much larger and comprehensive site.
Beetles of Mauritius
Creating an illustrated catalogue of the Mauritian Beetle fauna, the Beetles of Mauritius.
ICZN Webmaster & Development Officer
Introduction
The International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN) acts as adviser and arbiter for the zoological community by generating and disseminating information on the correct use of the scientific names of animals.
Projects
- Redesign of the ICZN website.
- Creation of the ICZN podcast.

Invertebrate Rearing
Editor-in-Chief of the open access journal Invertebrate Rearing - dedicated to papers about the rearing of invertebrates (apart from stick insects and cockroaches). The journal is free to both read and publish in, although a small charge is made for hard (paper) copies.
